hoop.jpgIn your bid to get fit in 2007, are you finding it boring pounding away on the treadmill and cross-trainer and are aerobics classes just not your sort of thing? If so you might be interested to hear about “hula aerobics”. According to Nicki Waterman, a fitness expert, doing aerobics with the aid of an old-fashioned hula hoop is going to be the next craze to sweep through gyms this year. A 30 min session can burn up to 300 calories and is an excellent way of toning the stomach, hips and buttocks. It sounds fun but would it be showing my age if I turned up with my very own hoop?
