Summer is fast approaching and many are getting concerned about skin cancer, with experts advising sun cream and other such ways of preventing the lethal disease. It’s great then to see a news article on one my favourite friends, tea, something that seems to be a lifesaver in many areas of health. Recent research shows that drinking two cups a day of the stuff can significantly cut down the risk of developing skin cancer. Both green and black teas are rich in antioxidants and have been shown to prevent the development of cancer cells. So next time you are piling on the sun cream, grab a cuppa as well. Tasty, healthy, and protective too!
