I have decided that there is a gap in the market for a tasteful shopping trolley. I don’t mean the type that you push around the supermarket but rather the kind that you see little old ladies using for their shopping. That is just the problem - shopping trolleys are very much the preserve of little old ladies and for that reason (vanity I know) I am reluctant to use one. My local shops are a twenty minute walk away - no problem getting there but it’s a different story on the way back when I am laden down with heavy shopping. If I had a ‘cool’ shopping trolley I would not only be able to get the extra exercise walking and cut down on using my car but it would also save on plastic bags - a winner all round.
